Executive Coach & Inner Leadership Facilitator
Loubna’s work sits at the intersection of leadership, psychology, and human transformation. With a background spanning entrepreneurship, product innovation, and design leadership, she has spent over 15 years supporting leaders and teams across global institutions — including JPMorgan Chase, Santander, Qatar National Bank and others — to navigate complexity and elevate their impact.
Her own journey started in the world of tech and UX, later evolving into organizational consulting and leadership development. Certified in Executive Coaching at INSEAD, she brings a grounded understanding of human behavior, team dynamics, and the deeper patterns that shape how we lead.
Today, her focus is inner leadership: creating spaces where high-level leaders can slow down, reconnect, and expand beyond old narratives. Her approach blends psychological insight, silence, somatic awareness, and practical executive experience — guiding others toward clarity, authenticity, and a more conscious way of leading.
At Reboot, Loubna holds a powerful container for executives to step into deeper self-understanding, emotional balance, and renewed presence.

Meditation & Yoga Guide
Eva’s path has always been guided by an inner knowing that life holds far more depth than we usually perceive. After her studies in Entrepreneurship and Tourism Management, she followed this calling into contemplative practice and discovered Hridaya Yoga in 2018.
Since then, she has immersed herself in numerous silent retreats, intensive Hatha-Yoga trainings, and completed her 500-hour YRT certification as a Meditation and Yoga Teacher. Over the years she has spent long periods in solitude and retreat, cultivating a profound devotion to silence and presence.
Her teaching weaves together the wisdom of Advaita Vedanta, Buddhism, and the lineage of Sri Ramana Maharshi. She is currently studying Applied Buddhist Studies at the Tergar Institute in Nepal under the guidance of Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche.
Eva brings to Reboot a rare combination of gentleness, depth, and unwavering commitment to the freedom of awareness — holding space with clarity, compassion, and a profound trust in the inner journey.
